NanoLaserPeel™

NanoLaserPeel™ is a minimally invasive skin resurfacing treatment that uses a precise laser to remove the outermost layer of skin, which is often damaged by sun exposure, aging, and other factors. The treatment is designed to stimulate the production of new collagen, which can help improve the texture and tone of your skin. NanoLaserPeel™ can be customized to address a variety of skin concerns you may have, including sun damage, fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.

MicroLaserPeel®

MicroLaserPeel® is a slightly more aggressive treatment that uses erbium laser technology to remove a thin layer of damaged skin. The treatment is designed to improve the texture and tone of your skin, as well as reduce signs of aging on the skin, including fine lines and wrinkles. MicroLaserPeel® is often used to treat acne scars, sun damage, and other skin imperfections.

What to Expect

Before your NanoLaserPeel™ or MicroLaserPeel® in Tampa, you can prepare your skin by avoiding sun exposure, tanning beds, and certain skincare products for some time prior to your appointment. Our nurse practitioner, Michelle, will give you specific instructions to follow to ensure the best possible results.

During the treatment, we use a laser to remove the outermost layer of skin. The NanoLaserPeel™ removes a thin layer of skin, while the MicroLaserPeel® removes a slightly deeper layer. The procedure typically takes 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the treatment area. A topical numbing cream can help with any potential discomfort during treatment, and Michelle will discuss these options with you before your procedure.

After your treatment, your skin will be red and may feel sensitive. You may also experience some peeling or flaking as the skin heals. Keeping the treated area clean and moisturized as it heals is vital. Michelle will give you specific aftercare instructions and a post-treatment skincare regimen to follow carefully to ensure the best possible results and minimize the risk of complications. These may include avoiding sun exposure, using gentle skincare products, and avoiding certain activities for a period of time.
